Approved bookings may include editorial and creative photo shoots, glamour, fashion, lifestyle, and artistic sessions, video shoots and visual campaigns, brand collaborations and promotional content, event appearances, private approved client sessions, custom content collaborations, and specialty creative projects subject to review.
All booking requests are subject to approval.
How Booking Works
To request a booking, clients must select an available date and time on the calendar, complete the required booking form, provide accurate project details, and submit full payment for shorter bookings.
Once submitted, the request will be reviewed. If approved, the booking will be confirmed. If a request is not approved, payment will be returned subject to any clearly disclosed processing or administrative fees, if applicable.
A booking is not considered final simply because a date was selected or payment was submitted. Confirmation is required.
Payment Policy
Full Payment Required for Shorter Bookings
All shorter bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
For purposes of this page, shorter bookings refer to sessions of limited duration, typically up to two hours unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required because Jasmine Alysha’s time is being specifically reserved for the requested date and time.
Submitting payment allows your request to be reviewed and considered. Payment does not automatically guarantee acceptance. All booking requests remain subject to approval based on availability, project fit, safety, boundaries, and overall alignment with Jasmine Alysha’s professional standards.
Once approved and confirmed, the reserved time is held exclusively for that client.
Booking Guidelines
Full Disclosure Is Required
Clients must clearly and honestly disclose the nature of the booking request, including the type of project, the intended concept, the location, the expected duration, who will be present, whether photography, video, or both are involved, and how the content will be used.
Any incomplete, vague, misleading, or inaccurate submission may result in delay, denial, cancellation, or termination of the booking.
Professionalism Is Expected
All communication and conduct must remain respectful, professional, and appropriate from the first inquiry through the completion of the booking.
Disrespectful behavior, pressure, manipulation, harassment, intoxication, unsafe conduct, or misrepresentation of the project will not be tolerated.
Approval Matters
Not every paid request will be accepted. Jasmine Alysha reserves the right to decline any booking that does not align with her schedule, comfort, safety, image, or business standards.
Boundaries Must Be Respected
No client may assume access to any specific styling, pose range, wardrobe level, image type, or content direction unless it has been clearly discussed and approved in advance.
Payment does not override personal boundaries, professional discretion, or brand standards.
Safe Conditions Are Required
For off-site sessions, events, or non-studio bookings, the location must be disclosed in advance and may be subject to approval. Any environment deemed unsafe, misleading, disorganized, or inappropriate may result in cancellation or refusal without liability.
Booking Terms
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only when a date and time have been selected, the booking form has been completed, full payment has been submitted, the request has been reviewed, and confirmation has been issued.
Until confirmation is issued, the request remains pending.
Cancellation Policy
Because Jasmine Alysha’s time is reserved in advance, all confirmed shorter bookings are subject to the following cancellation terms.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled booking may be eligible for a one-time reschedule or booking credit, subject to approval.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled booking are non-refundable.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Failure to attend a confirmed booking does not create any obligation to refund or credit the payment.
Rescheduling Policy
One reschedule may be permitted for confirmed bookings when proper notice is given.
Reschedule requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled booking.
All reschedule requests are subject to availability and approval.
The rescheduled booking should generally take place within 30 days of the original date unless otherwise approved.
Requests made with insufficient notice may be denied and may result in forfeiture of payment.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared.
Late arrival may reduce the total session time. Unless an extension is available and paid for, the booking will still end at the originally scheduled end time.
Excessive lateness without communication may be treated as a no-show.
Refusal or Termination of Booking
Jasmine Alysha reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or immediately end any booking if the booking was misrepresented, the environment is unsafe, behavior becomes disrespectful or inappropriate, boundaries are ignored, unauthorized individuals appear on set, the booking shifts beyond what was originally approved, or there is concern for safety, legality, or professionalism.
In such cases, the booking may be terminated without refund.
Content, Image, and Usage Terms
Any photography, video, audio, or related media involving Jasmine Alysha must be handled responsibly and within the scope of what was approved.
Clients may not record additional behind-the-scenes footage without permission. Clients may not livestream or broadcast the session without approval. Clients may not repost, sell, distribute, license, alter, or commercially exploit Jasmine Alysha’s image, voice, likeness, or content beyond the agreed purpose. Clients may not use captured content for any undisclosed platform, publication, advertisement, subscription service, or resale purpose.
All commercial, promotional, advertising, editorial, or monetized usage must be disclosed in advance and expressly approved.
Unauthorized usage may result in revoked permissions, takedown requests, legal enforcement, and refusal of future bookings.
Session Conditions
Unless specifically stated in writing, the booking fee covers Jasmine Alysha’s reserved time and approved participation only.
Studio rental, photographer or videographer services, editing or retouching, hair and makeup, wardrobe, props, transportation, travel expenses, location fees, assistants, and production support are not automatically included unless clearly listed in the booking details or confirmation.
Clients are responsible for understanding exactly what is and is not included before booking.
Age Requirement
All clients booking through this page must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

Payment Disputes
By submitting payment through this booking page, the client agrees to the policies listed here and agrees not to use a payment dispute or chargeback as a substitute for following the stated cancellation or rescheduling process.

Force Majeure
